Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the CleanERP system (web panel and mobile app). By starting to use the system you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

CleanERP is a system for managing orders, workshop processes, delivery, cash desk and staff for laundries, carpet-washing plants and dry cleaners. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account and users

• An account is opened in the company's name. Employee logins are created and managed by the company administrator.
• The company is responsible for not sharing login details with third parties.
• There is no public sign-up in the app; accounts are opened only under an agreement.

3. Subscription and payment

• New companies receive a 7-day free trial.
• The subscription is billed monthly. If payment is late, access is temporarily suspended — data is not deleted.
• Prices may change with prior notice. Current prices are listed in the pricing section.

4. Data

All data entered by the company (customers, orders, finances) belongs to that company. We process it only to provide the service. Details: Privacy policy.

5. Prohibited use

• Technical attacks on the system, attempts at unauthorised access, or attempts to access another company's data are prohibited.
• Using the system for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights is prohibited.

6. Service continuity

We work to keep the system stable, but short interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control (internet provider, hosting, SMS operator). Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

7. Liability

The system is provided "as is". The company is responsible for the accuracy of its data and the consequences of its use. Liability for indirect damages does not exceed the subscription fee for the last month.

8. Termination

The company may cancel the subscription at any time. After cancellation, data is kept for 30 days and can be exported within that period, then deleted.
