Privacy policy

CleanERP is an internal management (ERP) system for dry-cleaning and carpet-washing businesses. The app is used by company employees to run day-to-day operations. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

Employee (app user) data

• Username and phone number — for signing in;
• Role and work activity (completed orders, piece-rate earnings) — for reporting.

Customer data (entered by an employee)

• Name, phone number(s) and delivery address — to process the order and contact the customer.

Customer data is entered by a company employee when creating an order. The app does not collect anything automatically from a customer's personal device.

Device and notifications

• A push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — so employees can be alerted about new orders or tasks.

2. Information we do NOT collect

• Location (GPS): the app does not track your device location. Address selection uses an open map (OpenStreetMap), not GPS.
• No analytics or advertising identifiers;
• No access to camera, contacts, microphone or photo library.

3. How data is used

Collected data is used solely to process orders, calculate employee work and payroll, deliver push notifications, and operate the service. Data is never sold to third parties and is never used for advertising.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on CleanERP servers (cleanerp.uz) over encrypted HTTPS connections. Each company's data is isolated (multi-tenant) and is not visible to other companies.

5. Data deletion

To delete employee or customer data, contact your company administrator or email us at oybekrozievich@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Children

CleanERP is a business application and is not intended for anyone under 18.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
